Returns and Refunds Policy

Thank you for staying at Rimrock Camp and Retreat Center.

Please read this policy carefully. This is the Return and Refund Policy of Rimrock Camp and Retreat Center.

Product

Refunds may be given up to 15 days prior to start of camp minus a $50 non-refundable deposit fee. No refunds will be given within 15 days of the start of camp as staffing is determined by the number of participants. If your child is not allowed to attend due to illness or due to information gathered during the daily health screenings, refunds will not be guaranteed.
