Intro to Overnight Backpacking 101

Learn the basics over overnight backpacking in the Black Hills! Acquire new skills in a safe learning environment with experienced backpacking guides and alongside fellow teenagers who are interested in learning more about the joys that overnight backpacking brings. Sleep in a tent under the stars and put some easy to hike miles in the beautiful Black Hills! This year’s trip is a first step towards increasing one’s love for the outdoors, nature, and experiencing a taste for backpacking in the wilderness.
